By accessing and using the Fresh Tiffin website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

Fresh Tiffin provides fresh home-style Indian meal delivery services. Our services include:

• Freshly prepared meals available for order
• Subscription-based weekly meal plans
• Delivery within our service area

Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept cash on delivery and may offer other payment methods.

Ordering and Free Delivery Policy

Fresh Tiffin operates on a plan-first ordering system: customers must purchase a meal plan to place an order. Optional add-on items (such as extra subzis, rotis, snacks, or desserts) may be added to any plan prior to checkout. Every meal plan purchase includes 100% FREE delivery within our designated service areas. Customer orders are accepted each week starting Monday morning at 8:00 AM through Saturday night at 10:00 PM and are delivered on the upcoming Sunday.

Subscriptions

Weekly meal plan subscriptions are delivered every Sunday. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time prior to the weekly order cutoff (Saturday at 10:00 PM). Subscription fees are charged in advance. If you cancel before the cutoff, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Tiffin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Fresh Tiffin operates.
